Returns
- 30-day return policy on unused items
- Products must be returned in original packaging

To qualify, items must be in their original condition: unused, unworn, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging. A proof of purchase is required.
To start a return, contact us at contact@padelready.co.uk. If your return is approved, we will send you a return label and instructions. Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if it is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest option is to return the original item and place a new order once your return is accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and card providers may take additional time to process and post the refund.
